A couple of days ago I shot a little video of myself about myself. So, with a little help from my dad, we made it into a little quicktime movie. ^_^ So, um, click here watch it!

Dylan, dude! I GET it!!! you are NO tweeny-bopper you are the real deal! cool enough to know its okay to like some pop music (those guys aren’t soo bad - I knew them they were a real (kinda cheez) band in MD they just got popular). I cringed to see the head gear, they still make kids wear those contraptions? It’s like some kind of medieval torture. I love the video.
I will post video of my friends rock band for you this week on my blog.

You said that the ads on neopets were slowing down your computer. I’ve found that Flashblock helps a lot on Firefox to keep ads from slowing down my computer.

[Would have e-mailed, but my finals addles brain couldn’t find the e-mail link.] Hey man, Cool video!, but I’d move away from the biopic type of videos. IE: videos with your picture on them. You could do a lot of video about other things in your life though and thus avoid the potential of ‘gaze of the weirdo.’ Sorry to bring this up but y’know…there are freaks out there in the web-o-verse. (I’m a law student and maybe it’s just my crim law reading talking) Cool video though.

You know they lie to you about the headgear. I never wore mine and my teeth are fine now. Also I hope you’re not a huge Gackt fan, the man is good but over rated. He passed his peak when he left Malice Mizer.

Hey Dylan. Caught wind of your post through MetaFilter and I really enjoyed it. People really seem to responding to your honest sense of identity. I like really like Bowie too. I tried Neopets a long time ago, but I was more into the idea than the actual game. I really hope you keep the blogging up. You have a really special voice in the overpopulated world of blogs. Not to give creepy advice but Never quite the cello, because when I was 11 I quit playing trumpet… just seven years later, and I really regret it. I hope you get more space for video. Anyway…

For an 11 yr.old your going to be a very smart young lady,like your mom and dad..:)shoot some video of your parents at work or cooking or a family thing together.

Hey, Dylan ^ ^ I hope I don’t come across as picky or anything, but for your next video, could it be encoded in some other format besides Quicktime? There’s a lot of codec issues with QuickTime in Linux (which is quite a large market share of your views, most likely), which makes it more difficult than it should be to be able to view .mov. It’s just as easy to encode as .mpg or .avi, and I don’t think that size would be an issue ^ ^;
